日本画は、一枚の作品が生まれるまでに、多くの手間と時間を必要とする絵画です。

私は日本画の制作を軸に、画材や技法の研究、絵画教室での指導、そして制作の過程を記録し、公開する活動を続けています。

こうした日々の積み重ねのすべてが、すぐに形ある成果につながるものではありません。

それでも、日本画という方法を通して、自分の絵画表現を探究していくこと。
その歩みを、これからも静かに続けていきたいと思っています。

Nihonga, or Japanese-style painting, is an art form that requires considerable time and care before a single work is complete.

Alongside creating paintings, I continue to research materials and techniques, teach painting classes, and document and share my creative process.

Not all of this ongoing work leads to visible results right away.

Even so, I want to continue exploring my artistic expression through Nihonga, and to keep pursuing this path as an artist.
